Here it is, the most useful iPod accessory yet: the iPod-charging toilet roll! The iCarta costing about £40 has the same features as a standard docking station, except, it’s a paper dispenser: by placing the MP3 player on the device the four moisture-resistant speakers will let you listen to the iPod’s songs in high quality and the player will charge while you’re taking a shower, brushing your teeth or simply sitting on the toilet.
The gadget, which was developed by Atech Flash Technology, is eight inches (210 mm) wide, seven inches (93 mm) deep, three and a half inches (181 mm) high and is meant to be easily mounted on your bathroom wall. The accessory uses its rechargeable batteries to last up to eight hours and is compatible with any iPod that has a doc connector (includes iTouch.)
To me, it’s just another way to rock ‘n’ roll…
